Cruising Stangs began as an idea created by my dad and I a few months ago as a way to get a group of Mustang owners together and organize cruises in San Diego county and throughout Southern California.

We have participated on various Mustang club message boards but it seems that most of them aren’t very active and rarely organize car cruises.  We thought “what good is talking about your car when you don’t get together to meet new friends in person and have fun cruising around San Diego?”

Cruising Stangs is all about the cruising, period.  Since we’ve just started we’d be happy with a handful of cars doing events a few times a month, but as the group grows we’d love to have numerous cars being active regularly.

Please check this site every now and then to see when we’ll be cruising next and where we’ll be headed.   If you have any routes that you think we should take feel free to post them there!

   I’m a Wickedstangs member and I am all about doing cruises. I will be there for the cruise Saturday. I am known as Fighting Sailor on most messsage boards. I have a 2007 Shelby GT and a 2006 convertable.

   HI guys I just came across your website. Great thing you guys have going. My name is Johnny but in the Mustang World I am known as Taz. I run a Mustang Car Club in the Inland Empire called Mustang Empire Car Club. Our website is http://www.clubmustangempire.com. We just had a cruise lined up for today but had to call it off yesterday due to certain members not being able to make it after all. We are a very active club if you check out our meets & gatherings section this month has been extremely busy. We love to hang out with each other, attend shows, and love to cruise. We would like to set up this cruise again and have you guys maybe join us. We have the route already set up and also where we are stopping to eat and fill up.    I went on your Julian cruise in October. I’m the silver BOSS 281 in the first picture. I had a great time.

   I haven’t seen any more activity on this site since Julian. I ran into Steve Vick (Fighting Sailor) at DG Garage and he said that the cruises are being organized thru Wickedstangs. What happened to this website? However the cruises are happening, please keep me in the loop.
